Payment and Shipping Policy

Payment Policy:

Credit card payments are accepted online (or in person at a Patterns by Paula Pop-Up Shop). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Venmo. 

 

Cash payments are accepted in person at any Patterns by Paula Pop-Up Shop. Cash payments are not accepted over the phone or online.  

 

All sales are final, and we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help. While we don't offer refunds, we're always happy to work with our customers to resolve any issues they may have. If an error was made on our end, we will reship at no cost to the customer.

 

Shipping Policy:

• Local pick-up can be arranged by emailing paula@patternsbypaula.com.​

• Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after processing payment.

• Sticker Orders Only are mailed free of charge through USPS 1st Class Mail and are not tracked. If you wish to have tracking, select the USPS Ground Advantage shipping method for $5.00.

• Tracking information for all goods sent through USPS Ground Advantage is provided once your order has shipped.

• All products shipped using USPS Ground Advantage are sent using rigid 6x8 mailers to protect them from bending.

• All greeting cards include an envelope for mailing.
